- Oversering your wedding planning timeliner & budgeting by sectaring the best available rate
- Recommending, introducting and scheduling meetings with vendors based on the mood board
- Aligning with your on the day organizer
- Organizing Service
- Creating rundown for the event & food tasting & conducting technical meetings with appointed vendors
- Inviting & attending Rehealsal (GR) for blessing service
- Coordination with all appointed vendors on the day of the event to ensure all vendors providing the service as per the agreed contract
- Reminding all the necessary equipment needed on the wedding day
- As the time keeper of your wedding day event
- Providing the necessary stationeries for your wedding day, such as tea ceremony equipment, checker , angpao envelopes, etc
- Providing the crew on the day who will be executing the rundown
- Not include : crew meals on the day
- Not include : RSVP service for steated dinner reception
